The Vispring Heaven Luxury Supreme Topper has hand-teased horsehair with 2 layers of wool above and two layers of wool below it and adds a plush but somewhat dense layer on top of the flatter sleeping surface of the mattress.  If you like a flatter surface, we recommend you go without a topper, but if you would like to add some luxurious loft to your mattress, the Vispring Heaven Luxury Supreme Topper is a great way to go.
